Ursula's site has a photograph (presumably from a contemporary newspaper) and states that Alice de Rothchild gave QM a diamond brooch depicting a scent bottle and true lover's knot. http://www.royal-magazin.de/england/queen-mary-marriage-presents.htm My reading of Field suggests that is what Queen Mary gave to QEQM in addition to a "small diamond horseshoe brooch which she herself had worn as a young woman..." No provenance was given for the horseshoe brooch.
