Queen Elizabeth II visited Wolverhampton today. She wore a brooch representing a "Tudor" rose (i.e. an heraldic rose mixing red and white petals) in rubies and diamonds, in a diamond vase (it looks as if there is also a small cabochon amethyst at the bottom of the vase).
The origin of the brooch is not clearly identified. The Queen has worn this brooch at least three times since 2012.
