Dear Ella,
They were 2 glittering Events , one at the Royal Palace (pictures you kindly provides ). For the two Events Donna Fabiola wore the same tiara with (fake ?)rubies, no emeralds.
It was told that Princss Lilian wore at the two Events a laon tiara.
