Queen Juliana with the fullest setting (11 pearl spikes) during the state visit to the UK in 1950
Princess Beatrix in at her wedding in 1966 with 5 spikes. The pattern of the tiara was woven into her wedding gown.
Queen Beatrix at the gala diner the night before the inauguration in 2012 of her son, 5 spikes again.
Queen Maxima with no spikes at all but it looks like an extra ring with diamonds and pearls was mounted under the tiara. Maxima wore the tiara to the gala dinner for the members of the Corps Diplomatique in Amsterdam in 2015.
