No one is inventing any stories!!!...I have been following Swedish Royal for quite some time now and I learned that there is a certain behavior when one wears tiaras...the fact that Madeleine wore this tiara 3 times in a row signifies a change...wether its a new ownership or a gift..she has absolutely No need to "borrow" anything from her aunt, who only has one personal tiara, when Madeleine has so many at her disposal.
