This is definitely the "Commonwealth" bar brooch - I call it so, because it was worn for the first time in public at a Commonwealth Day reception at Marlborough House in London on 10th March, 2014. Today's appearance of the brooch, in Bellarena, Ulster: The first appearance, in March 2014: I don't think the picture of the brooch posted by GillW is actually the real brooch. In my opinion, it just looks like a cristal copy. You can notice on the picture above that the three big central diamonds are bordered by a double line of diamonds, whereas the picture posted by GillW shows only a one-line diamond border.
