Exactly. The family doesn't seem to mind the tiara is outside the family or they would have bought it back at some stage. One can think of so much more the RF 'should' buy back. I don't think they feel obliged to do so and neither does the government, certainly not at such a high premium. Sure you can put an export ban on something but if there are no domestic buyers?
