Wow, what a surprise: lots of great pictures and lots of informations about the whereabouts of the jewels. Thanks for both Arthur and Cristina: you made may day. I had no idea, for example, that those three pearl brooches were in the main line of the SRF (in reality I only knew one of them – the one on the right in the first picture posted by Arthur). It seems to me that King D.Juan Carlos and Queen D.Sofia made an amazing job preserving and acquiring historical family jewels. Is it possible that one day the rest of the jewels will find its way to the main line of the family? Now, a “new” information: apparently the swirl brooches were, at some point, turned into a tiara now owned by HRH Infanta D.Margarita, Duchess of Soria (the youngest sister of King D.Juan Carlos): It also seems that the tiara can be worn with upright pearls:
