No, Infanta D.Margarita is not wearing the Portuguese Order of Prince Henry, but the Spanish Order of Maria Luisa (in Spanish: Real Orden de Damas Nobles de la Reina Marķa Luisa, Royal Order of Noble Ladies of Queen Maria Luisa), which was awarded to royal or noble ladies, and whose sash is purple-white-purple. It was the female counterpart to the Order of Carlos III, which was awarded to men. The Order of Maria Luisa still exists, but is not conferred anymore since the 1960s/1970s (the Order of Carlos III has been awarded to women since the late 1970s/early 1980s). The Count of Barcelona gave the Order of Maria-Luisa to his daughters Pilar and Margarita on their 18th birthday, and on Princess Sofia of Greece on her wedding to Juan Carlos in 1962.
