Agree! Thank you very much, I've never noticed this change before! A pity the tiara is not seen in some years, I don't really know when we can see it again, perhaps on an upcoming major royal visit to Spain worn by Queen Sofia (and Queen Letízia would wear the Ansorena Fleur de Lys she never wore).
