Thankfully, the owner was there, but we had a pack of loose aggressive dogs try to tear a backpack off of a teacher containing a small dog. This is obviously unacceptable. This is a very dangerous situation, especially to small children. If you can’t control your dogs, leash them, rehome them, or dispatch them.
