Evan, on returning to my survey I find that you have confused me somewhat as regarding a recommendation of the Dresden edition I say: "Konwitschny includes only [snippets from Act 2 of the Paris edition] in his Dresden account and it remains the prime recommendation for that version", so I don't think I could be clearer.
