The issue here is that this piece is almost certainly one of the thousands of "library" scores that were written in the 50's and 60's. By definition these were generic "mood" pieces. So they would be given titles that would reflect that mood. This particular piece is so similar to a LOT of others - scurrying descending strings leading to an upbeat march feel theme. It might well be that this theme is included in one of the Guild releases but there are literally dozens if not hundreds to choose from.......
