I've come across the P.Jarvi Bruckner cycle and apart from the quick-paced opening 5th, I quite like what I've heard so far. Has MusicWEb reviewed these performances? I've searched and searched and have come across everything else P.Jarvi but not Bruckner.

Great review, Ralph. I agree with all of your many asides regarding the qualities of these symphonies, and I look forward to listening to the set on Spotify.
