Yes; I have grown to respect Järvi as a Bruckner interpreter and indeed chose his 1889/1890 version of the Third from that series as a joint recommendation with Schaller in my Bruckner shortlist:

I've come across the P.Jarvi Bruckner cycle and apart from the quick-paced opening 5th, I quite like what I've heard so far. Has MusicWEb reviewed these performances? I've searched and searched and have come across everything else P.Jarvi but not Bruckner. Previous Message
