Patrick - I found the performance not the transcription disappointing. As mentioned in the review a much finer full live performance of András Vass' version with him conducting the Hungarian Pannon PO can be heard here;
Although I would love to see/hear Foulds' orchestration of the same work I am not collecting symphonic Death & The Maidens!

Given that Nick Barnard found the Texas performance of this work disappointing, it is worth noting that a full orchestral version made by Andy Stein and played by the Buffalo Philharmonic is readily available on Naxos.
