Hey everyone, I’ve been really diving deep into artisan coffee lately, especially roasting methods, and I’m honestly blown away by how much technique and precision go into it. I always thought coffee was just “dark, medium, or light,” but now I’m realizing how different the final cup can taste depending on the roast style, heat control, and even the cooling process.
