happened before Krista and I noticed that when you focus on how much you have gained you do get depressed and end up gaining more but I have also noticed something else about you. When you focus on what you will do and decide to lose weight you always do it. I hope that you can turn your focus toward what you want soon. You are one person that I can say that can change your mind and change your weight. Hopefully, you will get some help doing just that soon and we will be seeing a happier Krista.
