About 15 years ago, I was following the Beck Diet Solution - it concentrated on changing habits and looking at things in a different way. Copyright 2007 It used cognitive behavioral therapy to control many things in the weight loss area.
As I remember it approached more about having food sanity.... eat seated only, giving yourself credit, planning, dealing with urges and many more. "living with food sanity, and more.
Anyway, eating seated only was one thing.
