I either weighed 270.2 or 271.2 this morning. Weighed 274 something last Wednesday. I am stunned it isn't more. I didn't eat much last Thursday. No appetite. That's why it was only dry heaves when the virus hit that night. Just th 'D' should have been 10 pounds!!! What a nightmare. ToDry toast Friday . Maybe a banana and English Muffin Saturday. Yesterday I had zero appetite and didn't eat until about 7 only because I thought I should...English Muffin and a little peanut butter. Wait, I'm lying. Except for Fridy and Saturday, I'm starting the day with a protein drink and, either a banana or an oat bite (Bobos, pretty healthy and satisfies my sweet tooth). I bet I've cracked 1000 calories 1 day in the past week. This isn't my plan but appetite just isn't there. Maybe, because I've been sick or, more likely, if I'm not eating sweets, I don't care that much about food.
I think I should have weighed 195 this morning. LOL
