I am happy to report I saw a 1.2 pound loss this week. I’m still not feeling like I am back on track with my food. Good days/bad days I’ve had both this week. I just have to try to build on my good days.
I weigh in on Tuesday mornings and I ate good all day and then blew it come supper time! Why do I do that? Trying to get my groove back.
