My friend's son was chosen by the Chargers to try for a spot on the team. He was officially drafted but chosen to keep working with the team. I don't know if any of you remember Erika. She was the woman who was hired with me at VCU to develop the HIV mental health program. He was only about 11 then and lived football. We would talk about him getting drafted one day.

Six weeks to surgery. I am going to try to lose 25 pounds between now and then. I know it's a lofty goal but it's ok to try.

Only 9 CEUs to go. Will finish up the ethics requirement today.
