It is all in our heads. Every change we need to make is there
We just have to choose and make that choice our priority instead of falling back on habit. I have used this thinking in many areas of my life but I have never been successful with weight loss doing this. I always do well, then stumble and fall. I really need to work on my head in the area of weight loss and see what it holding me back.
