Dad was being evaluated by Occupational Therapy today but slipped while trying to get into shower / tub so they will try again tomorrow. I wasn't with him so I wasn't aware of the discussion - just that he slipped but didn't fall and that they would try again the next day. We were so hopeful he would be getting out. One day at a time.

While he was in there they removed a pre-cancerous growth (large) from his neck so that was a "bonus" today He is using his walker more and getting up to bathroom today for the first time in weeks so that's another step forward.

He's 81 and I'm proud of him for trying to get back to life.
