1. Ken’s liver was okay when we had it checked out this week.

2. It’s Friday! We made it to the weekend and the weather is lovely!

3. The friendships we have on this board. I love you ladies so much! Each and every one of you are so very special to me!!

4. Ken and I went for a short walk again after supper last night! We don’t go far, but we went further last night than the night before so that’s PROGRESS. Ken uses his rollator in case he needs to stop and sit down!

5. This day and all it has to offer me! God is good!!
