I weigh on Tuesdays and yesterday I was up 1.2 pounds. No doubt because despite eating better during the day this past week, I had a few days when I got up during the night and snacked! I got up this morning and weighed and today I was down a pound! I am still tracking it as the 1.2 pounds gained this week, but feel a bit better today!
