I know you are a proud Grandma. Take in every moment and enjoy. I want lots of pictures of my niece's graduation. Maybe it will go a little way to healing the hole in my heart.

When my first grandchild graduated from high school, it was during lockdown. No graduation. No celebrations except for the people you were living with. Strangely enough, when he got his AA degree and certification in welding, the same thing happened again. All the kids talked big about skipping the ceremony, but when there was no ceremony they were all dejected. Here's hoping when he gets his BS he will get to walk. With him working full time and having a family now it will be a while.
