Practiced getting dressed using my hooked stick adaptor. Realized I won't be able to bend over to let Cosette in/out of her crate. I could do it after a bit, using that same long hook but I think she would freak at the stick. Both she and Lewis act like I'm going to hurt them anytime I pick up a long anything, mop, stick, grabber, broom.

Stopped all my vitamins and baby Aspirin today and started drinking the special protein drink, Juven, this morning. I have to drink 2 packets a day.for 5 days before the surgery and 10 days after I get home. They didn't give me a choice of flavors and I came home with the worst one, fruit punch! It is sickening sweet with an artificial taste. I'm not going to be able to gag them down. Found flavorless ones on Amazon and ordered them to Come tomorrow.
