I was waiting to get my scripts all filled to give an update. I saw the dermatologist and it is my body producing too much histamines. No idea what the cause is - I mentioned metabolic syndrome, Ozempic, BP meds - but she didn't really see an obvious cause. She asked if Ray has it too and interestingly for the past month, he thinks he has. She said "Interesting". He will follow up with his doc on his side now.

She gave me a cream that I can use as often as I like (1% HC, .5% camphore,.5% menthol in a tub of cream that the pharmacy blends up) She sent 2 tubs of those and they are good for 1 month. Refills on those.

Prescribed RUPATADINE 10 mg to be taken 2 pills at a time twice daily. 4 times a normal dosage, I think she said (at least double but I believe 4). 360 of those which would have cost $405 but our COPAY was $50.

A cream for rosacea as she said my face is something different.

And HYDROXYZINE which I've previously had but a double dose of that to start nightly. If I can't sleep, I can go up to a quad-druple dose. 360 of those.

Follow-up in 3 months. She said it may take some time to see results.
