1. ENT appointment last Thursday for my xerostomia. Yearly scope showed some improvement. I was congratulated for being proactive with the 24/7 condition. Made me feel good!

2. My ENT weight was the same as last year's appointment. I know you understand how happy and pleased this makes me.

3. The county is working hard to bury internet cables before the hurricane season which is nice, but I wish they'd bury power lines instead.

4. No Kings Day - I can't wait to see how this plays out today.
