Lol Joanne, last night with the bandages, and Kat and Judy with bathing during previous surgeries! I guess the grat is that I have neighbors like that! Minimal blood on the dressing this morning. Will keep watching for infection. Waking up in less pain than before the surgery...a very good sign Someday soon, I'll post about something other than my surgery!

Five for me... Posted by Joan on 6/14/2025, 7:33 am, in reply to "Saturday Gratitude..." 1. ENT appointment last Thursday for my xerostomia. Yearly scope showed some improvement. I was congratulated for being proactive with the 24/7 condition. Made me feel good! 2. My ENT weight was the same as last year's appointment. I know you understand how happy and pleased this makes me. 3. The county is working hard to bury internet cables before the hurricane season which is nice, but I wish they'd bury power lines instead. 4. No Kings Day - I can't wait to see how this plays out today. 5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me! Maintenance is a forever endeavor!

Maybe they're thinking cables can help people stay connected to emergency services (until all the batteries lose their charge!) I can't believe this is my country. Infuriates me. Scares me. Makes me feel so sad. Mostly furious about today. Yay on a little improvement.
