I'm not taking any pain medicine. I took 10mg of oxycodone before bed the first 3 nights home but I don't like how.it makes me feel. I may take a couple Tylenol. My back is so much better that the surgical.pain dims in comparison to what I've lived with for the past couple of years.

I am thinking about seeing a.client this week and plan to do a.full week of telehealth next week. I've only got about 12 clients so can spread them out over 5 days instead of 3 and the times I will be available won't work for everyone.

I'm still bleeding (since Friday). Talked to a nurse friend who said she thinks its been reasonable for me not to rush to the ER as long as there's no smell or signs of infection and not bleeding THROUGH the dressing. I sent a message to the surgeon's office today and I know I'll hear back tomorrow.
