1. I am not horribly sore after the water walking and balance exercises yesterday! That’s exciting.

2. John has physical therapy. It’s attached to my gym. I think I might go walk 1/4 to 1/2 mile depending on how I feel then. Getting ready to do my balance exercises now

3 Paula is doing so well after surgery. I am so happy for her.

4. All my wonderful friends here. I wouldn’t know what to do without you

5. The kids and John somehow got me with a surprise birthday party Saturday night which I thought was a Father’s Day dinner.
I walked in the house and saw no one (they had moved all the cars down the street 5
Blocks at the station where I could never have seen them!).
I walked in and every single toy , which is a lot) is out of the toy box and all over the living room but no one is here. I was so confused. They waited about 90 seconds before they all ran out of the bedrooms!!!

They got me good. I hmm had happy tears. I honestly have never had a birthday party in my life. Isn’t that sad.
So blessed
