Researched recommended PT places so I can tell the surgeon where I want to go. He canceled my follow-up appointment today because of an emergency surgery. I am bummed about that but understand.
Heat is to break just a little tomorrow. The heat and humidity has been awful this whole week.
Found something on FB yesterday that beautifully says why therapists don't "just sit on your butt and talk all day. I could do that!"
