Sounds like some extra care/help could be helpful. The Richmond, Virginia area has home nurses, nurse's aids, and home-aids available. They can come in 8 hour shifts or blocks of time.. ie. 4 hours a day etc or what would works for you. Maybe Carin, a local friend, or social worker or one of your social worker friends can help you figure it out. It could help you get thru this transition of healing. Maybe your doctor's office can make some suggestions. I am not trying to but in... just love you and want to make it

Grandma always said 'you don't know til you find out'. You thought it wouldn't be this hard. Do what you can to help you get thru this. I hope today is better and easier.
