You can also include nuts, seeds and grains. So that ups the list a lot. I think it is 50 servings of plant based foods. Although we would want to vary that as much as possible to get the most nutrition it doesn't have to be 50 vegetables different vegetables a week. If we get fifty we are not going to have time or stomach space since that is a lot of fiber, to have processed foods.
