Thanks Delta. I only lose when I'm doing well. I usually have a chicken caesar salad at supper. During the day I have my coffee - 2 in morning, 1 at work. I had chili for lunch just now. I eat a lot of different fruit (Banana, watermelon, berries, plums, apples), peanut butter with celery. I haven't eaten any junk at all. I had coolers on the weekend with Ray but that's a very infrequent thing. If people using OZ don't diet, they won't lose either. So many people mistake it for something magical that it isn't.
