Though my husband is feeling better, he still thought he had an infection, and those are hard to get rid of with diabetes, so he called to get a prescription for antibiotics.

After he got home, his back was itching. I found a tick embedded where it was itching. I am grateful that the antibiotic he was prescribed is the main one they give for Lyme disease or Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. I hope that he is covered and doesn't get either of those.

Paula sounded in a better place today. I know that it is difficult with all the pain, infection in her system, and massive doses of antibiotics, but it won't last forever.

An old friend is coming to see me for a couple of days next week. It will be fun to see her again.
