She has been with fiance for 20 years and they're finally making it official. She's a hoot! 4) Dad will know next steps on Thursday morning this week 5) music festival next weekend - we may go both nights - glad I got tickets from the station

Finallly slept last night. Murray snuck in some weeding in one small spot. Not suppose to do that. It looks great, however. I might make some chicken veggie soup. in the mood. I love soup anytime. You wonderful ladies... I love you so much.

I bought a sturdy wooden stool from the Amish when the children were small. I take it out in the garden for 15 to 30 minutes and weed the flowers. It doesn't feel like work and it gives me some minutes in the sun. My flowers are so thick right now that they don't need weeding but I will need someone this fall to dig up a lot of them to move. I am glad that you got sleep last night. I learned that my iron was a little low so I have been taking a low dose of OTC iron. I have been sleeping better most of the time since starting it and I am so grateful. I was at the end of my rope not sleeping. We had thunderstorms off and on all afternoon yesterday. I have been in the mood for soup ever since.

It's Deborah's birthday. We'll be 'celebrating' it when she comes to run the antibiotics at 1. You guys caring about me I don't want to blow this topic up but merely mention that I think I will call an attorney. Want to be able to write up a kind of narrative before I do. My mind is still muddled. I'm sure that will resolve at some point. I felt hungry yesterday. A sign that my body may be normalizing?

LOL on 'celebrating' but she has no family or close friends so beats being alone. I'll take her to dinner when I'm able to. I smiled at your post below about being in the 220s. Maybe for the first time in my life, I need to eat MORE to gain strength back! Still good choices.
