1. Dole and Del Monte fruit cups with zero sugar added. I know it's the lazy way to go, but at 25 calories a cup, it's a quick and easy addition to any meal, as well as a go to snack.

2. Speaking of fruit, the nectarines and peaches have been especially sweet this year. It's like eating candy.

3. I am on a reading streak since getting our new tablets. All the books are free now that I've been able to connect to Libby, the library app.

4. With all the craziness in the world, there are still so many people who are kind and helpful.
