Haven’t been going much since last fall. It’s gotten to where since John tested Lupus positive, and he is having aches and pains now , when we would go it was 2 or 3 days of work for him outside to keep the lot up.

And with us not really using it we were driving 100 miles each way to maintain it. It just sucked lot of the fun out of it.

Property taxes more than doubled. There and at home. Insurance went up there and at home and on the cars. Utilities went up and there was a minimum 45.00’charge even if we weren’t there (!that was the beginning usage fee before kWh usage. Then we had to run the a/c for the dehumidifier because it’s very humid there so we had a schedule set. Bottom line. We didn’t hardly use it. It was a lot of work. It was expensive.
