1. Pork Tenderloin - Our favorite is the apple bourbon. It's so easy to pop it in the oven, and then pair it with a salad or veggies. We like to make sky-high sandwiches (lettuce, tomato, onion). I use Lewis Hawaiian Keto Bread which is only 35 calories a slice.
2. Bagel & Lox - My husband insists on Alaskan Wild Sockeye so I wait until it goes on sale before buying a couple packs. I use the Sola blueberry bagels (110 calories), Laughing Cow Cheese (50 calories) and salmon (90 calories) to create a worthy deli rendition. Again, we pair it with a salad/veggies.
3. Hamburgers - I believe you mentioned BOCA burgers which I've used, but now I'm using Dr. Praeger's veggie burgers (110 calories) because they were BOGO. Again, we make sky-high sandwiches and pair it with a salad or veggies. We are big veggie eaters.
