Murray is making progress. He can stay off the the 02 for patches as time. He needs stay over 88% oxygen saturation. So he can go into the kitchen and do some things without oxygen for up to about an hour before he has to go back on this oxygen to bring it back up. He must be on oxygen at least 85% of a day.

He is keeping a spread sheet on his oxygen times, etc to show to the doctor next week.

He can't go anywhere except doctor appointments outside of the house. Tomorrow he has the OT coming over to teach his some lung exercises. And PT is coming later to do an evaluation.

I am getting a little less tired at the end of the day. although I did lift something too heavy this afternoon and I must 'take it easy'.

I have 2 appointments tomorrow... opthamologist and podiastrist.
