I was up .6 of a pound. I ate later in the evening and why I do this is beyond me. My points for the day were low so I decided I needed to eat more! Ugh. The night before weigh in!! That being said I do feel my calories are too low. I barely eat 1000-1200 calories a day and think I need to add something else in-earlier in the day. Not sure-as always will just have to play around with it.
