I'd eaten 900-some calories. I had the same thought that I'd better increase that but, I realized I wasn't hungry at all. It was a busy day and food just wasn't on my mind. Of course, I wouldn't do this many days (like, maybe 1 LOL) but I tried to listen to my.body and it was not wanting food. I'm trying to keep my calories below 1300 for now because I am so inactive. I am rarely, rarely hungry and, if I am, it's early in the morning when I first get up. When I get more active, I'm sure I will need to eat more. This isn't a struggle for now.
