but I hate microwaves over the range. For one I am short enough that it is hard to see in them there and very hard to take things out of.

The second reason is that they require so much cleaning to not get gummed up underneath from the things that splash or steam and I am trying to destress my life.

I do like them built-in with a cabinet above them like the ones that go over the sink when there is no window there.,
