I think that's been another part of my mini struggle to eat clean. I'm bored with a lot of stuff I've been eating. I only eat stuff that I like. Forcing stuff I don't like is a definite trigger. Also since my WLS, I often throw up if I try to eat something I don't like which can make eating at friends' houses, tricky.
I have been scouring recipes and plan on.doing so. cooking now that my work week is over.
