I know everyone is different, but I hope that the farmhouse sink is worth all the extra money, work, and stress. Though they are lovely, I was disappointed. It just does not function well for how I use my sink. If you don't do a lot of cooking, especially for lots of people, and don't can or have multiple people in the kitchen at the same time, you may love it. My son wanted one very badly, too, but he changed his mind the first time he used it. Not trying to be a Debbie Downer, just saying assess your needs from a sink before getting one. What I need is a triple sink. LOL One of my aunts had one once, and I loved it. She didn't cook and rarely even went into her kitchen except to use the trash compactor, so it was wasted on her.
