I'm not going to eat after 8 PM.
I am not going to take seconds.
I am not going to eat carbs.
I am not going to gain weight.
The brain does not comprehend the not going and only hears a constant chant of eat after 8, eat more, more carbs, what can I do to gain weight. Perhaps we should forget telling ourselves anything about weight and just fill our minds with faith, truth, and love, and everything will work out, including our weight.
