By the way, you are only 3/10ths from what I said that you would get to, and I added or more. Somehow, after illness, it is easy to lose. I read that our gut has time to heal from the bad foods that we are not eating while sick, and we can lose again, but if we start eating the processed foods and sweets again, it can stop or reverse the loss. I do know that I kept losing until I kept trying sweets that did not taste good at all until they tasted good again. Why did I do that? I think it is all about the energy it gives me or the boost of endorphins. Anyway, don't do like me.
